  6. I tend to eat more carbs and protein than anything else. i typically eat one meal per day that is based on carbohydrates such as toast at breakfast or a sandwich at lunch. Protein usually is consumed at dinner or breakfast with yogurt or milk. one thing that i lack is the consumption of vegetable oil fats as i rarely have nuts or seeds.

  9. i eat as little fat as possible and much protien to build muscle along with carbs for energy and other foods for a balanced diet. In the morning i like to eat my carbohidrates to give my body energy throughout the day like a granola bar or cerial. At lunch i eat meats for protien and other foods like chips and fruits. at dinenr i eat meats and fish for protien and my vegtables and sometimes dairy like milk and cheese. I intake more crabohidrates then anything wich is ok but i should work on eating less carbs and more protien.
