Three rules and routines:
ReplyDelete1) When the teacher is explaining how to lift the correct way you should listen so that you dont lift the wrong way and hurt yourself.
2)You should support each other; like if you see someone struggling you should tell them they can do it.
3)Dont just come into class and talk the whole time and not do anything the whole class period.Come in ready and prepared.
Sarah Kowal

Always have a safety bar or a spotter
ReplyDeleteAlways wear athletic sneakers
Start with a warm up of stretching the muscles you are about to work, perform the excise with only the bar and begin to move up to your desired weight, perform the exercise 3 to 5 times at that weight, cool down with light weight and stretch
Extra ones: Always let Michael Turow DJ the intense workouts to get the class pumped up
Michael Turow should always be shirtless during a metcon because the shirt just slows him down
If you havn't figured it out yet, this was Michael Turow
