    I think it means you have to keep striving for what you set, and not to lower your expectations or goal. If you want something, you need to keep working for it.

  4. I think he is saying that maintaing the same goal is just as important as the work you do to reach that goal. He is saying that part of reaching a goal is staying focused. This task is itelf a goal.

  5. Making reachable goals is important. If you make reachable goals then you can achieve them trough hard work. Setting unreasonable goals makes it impossible to keep your goals your goals. Working on a goal and not stopping will let you reach your goal.

  8. What it means is that once a person makes a goal. They shouldn't change any aspect of it including how much time the goal has to be completed in and also taking shortcuts to get to the goal faster without understanding how you reached the goal in the first place.
