We are headed into the home stretch. The forth quarter. Some
students find it hard to focus this late in the game as your thoughts
drift towards summer. One thing that can help you stay focused on
working hard through the end of the year is to come up with one daily
goal that can help you focus. I am not looking for something elaborate,
just something quick and effective to get your mind right for class
each day.
Some examples of effective daily goals I have
used in the past are, 25 pull-ups each day, 5 minutes of grading, 5
minutes of organizing, 5 minutes of mobilization, 30 minutes of reading.
For this weeks blog, I want you to come up with one quick and
easy goal that will help you focus each day.
a goal i want to sent it to work harder and to do that i am goin to listen to my music during class to help me get pumped and motivated to work out.

My goal for each day is to sit up straight and have good posture in my classes. It's good for core, and if I do it in every class it will help me focus every day.

My goal is to try my best for the 45 minutes I am in the class even when I dont feel like doing anything that day. I will say to myself that it is good for my body to help me want to participate in class.

5 minutes stretching and warming up
ReplyDeleteMy goal would be to mobilize everyday. It would get me pumped up and ready to do the excircises and also, no matter how tired i feel i will put 100% in trying my best that day.

My goal is to stretch everyday and then do closer to the entire workout assigned for the day. I will push myself to get working even though it would be nice just to pick another song.
