You have been working in your team for the past few days and one of our standards is personal and social responsibility. Under the demonstrate leadership qualities is the standard of "modeling a mature and positive attitude while participating in lifelong activities." A trait of a leader is one who finds the positive in everyone. It is easy and unproductive to point out the negative in people.
For this weeks blog I want you to practice your leadership qualities and list the members of your team and one thing that they are good at as it relates to our basketball games.
For example I play basketball with Mr. Long and he has a very good hook shot.
Zach Grinspoo- he is super sexy and has a good shot

ReplyDeleteI only have one member on my team and that is Harris. He is very good at seeing the whole court and knowing what is best to do depending on the situation. He also has a very good outside shot.

ReplyDeleteon my team, known as the Ballers, (besides myself) are my teammates Emily and Ellie.
Ellie has a very good shot and movement with or without the ball.
Emily also has a very good shot and she often gives me, being the only one on the team that lacks an accurate shot, advice.
Spoonie is the greatest b baller in the world!

ReplyDeleteI have 2 teamates on my team. I like 1 of them and hate the other. Alex is so good at bball and brett is a ball hog i dont undertsand y brett doent pass the ball2me ! alex passes the ball all the time. Unlike that jerk bret keenan. Sorry brett ur good but bad. Mase oliver out !

ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, I don't know the names of my teammates, but they are all fun to play with (all three of them), and although Jam may not be the top scorers, they are fun to play with, and encouraging. However, I haven't been able to play much, but hopefully by next week my shoulder will be fine enough to play.
Guy with really short hair; Encouraging, sportsmanship, passes the ball to me occasionally, best on defense.
Guy with Medium hair; okay, better at close shots then the other two
Guy with long hair; determined, good medium range shots

Aaron Coleman- probably the best defensive player ever and he gets rebounds

Steve Sulliven: He is fast and has good ball control. He has a very strong layu up and jump shot. He makes good choices in his passes too.
Ben Goldberg: He knows how to get open and get a lot of rebounds. He makes many good passes to me and Steve.
