Period 5 Weight Training - Weakness as strength

This week we will be setting goals for each of the areas we tested. You will have an opportunity in class to look over your testing sheets and think about where you want to go this semester in terms of goals for each test. Once you do, your blog assignment for this week is to tell me where you biggest area of concern is on the goal sheet.

It has been my experience over the years both in my own training and in the students in my classes, that working on those areas that you are weakest in raises all other areas faster than any thing else. We need to find the weaknesses in your strength and movement and fix them. Using your test sheet let me know what you biggest weakness is.

Being a fat mother is my biggest issue in physical fitness. I plan to reconcile this by eating the low fat box of donuts, you know the ones with the holes cut out in the middle.

actually, i think that one factor which influences this area is my trouble with my back and the feeling which makes me feel a little bit worried.

  15. The weaknesses I currently have are pull upa, push ups, and deadlifting. I want to increase my muscle mass. but somehow when I consume a lot of food, I cannot gain weight. I think it's high metabolism or something related to that but that's the only concern I have.

  19. My biggest weakness is... probably the bench press. I also want to make sure not to hurt my back during the deadlift, because my back always hurts after a deadlift day, even when you pass by and say that my form is good.
