Period 7 Weight Training Blog 4 Trunk Strength
Watch the video below, it discusses the trunk and it's many movements
as well as the importance of being able to stabilize the trunk while we
are moving. So many times we think of our trunk or our core as just
our abs, but there is a lot more involved than that.
I have been preaching the idea that we
need to maintain a stable spine throughout our movements in this class.
This weeks blog will count as a summative assessment and you have a
50/50 shot of getting it right. Fill in the blank with either flexion or
