Period 7 Adv. Weight Training

Alright, Most of you have figured out how to work the blog and we are well on our way to getting through our fitness testing. For this weeks blog I want you to tell me why you think it is important to know your current level of fitness? If you don't think knowing your current level of fitness is important tell me why. There is no right or wrong on this one. I just want to know where you are coming from. Have a great week!

Knowing your current level of fitness is important because it provides a reference point for what you need to work on hardest to improve (if you are weaker in one area than another), and to gauge your improvement through a program. It might provide a guideline of what you need to focus on most.

  6. It is important to know the level that you are at so you can make a plan on what to improve and how to improve it giving your workout program a centralized focus. It also gives you a basis of comparison to see how well a specific program works and if it is worth actually sticking to based on the results one achieves.

  16. I think it is important to know your level of fitness because obviously, everyone isn't perfect and when you see your weak areas, you know what parts of your body of fitness you need to work on. Also, form is a factor in the progression of your workouts

    KNOWING YOUR LEVEL OF FITNESS LEVEL IS VERY IPORTANT BECAUSE AFTER TRAINING ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL IF THEY INCREASED THEIR FITNESS LEVEL. ALSO ITS A GOOD TO KNOW SO THAT THE PERSON CAN SURPASS THEIR PREVIOUS LEVEL
