Period 8 Principles of P.E.

Alright, Most of you have figured out how to work the blog and we are well on our way to getting through our fitness testing. For this weeks blog I want you to tell me why you think it is important to know your current level of fitness? If you don't think knowing your current level of fitness is important tell me why. There is no right or wrong on this one. I just want to know where you are coming from. Have a great week!

  1. Because without knowing your limitations, its impossible to know what you are capable of and what is out of your reach. Knowing this information helps with being able to become fit and stay fit.

  9. Knowing your level of fitness is essential to knowing your limits. Regardless of whether you're very fit or not, everyone has physical limits and it's important to know them in order to reach overload and not to hurt yourself while working out.

  17. its good to know if you are strong, weak, average. it allows you to measure improvement and such. without knowing youstrengths and weaknesses, you cant see progress or know how to get better at something.
