Period 3 Weight Training What is your Weakness?





Hopefully you have turned in your graph of you 10 skills of fitness. This is a short week so it will be a short blog. Let me know what your weakness is in the 10 skills. Where do your need to focus on in these next several weeks?

  1. I think that my weakest point of the 10 skills is strength. In the nest weeks, I can work on improving my physical strength by working harder.

  2. My weaknesses out of the ten skills that we graphed last would be Stamina and Strength, and those are the areas that I need to focus on in the next several weeks

  12. My weakness is my agility since i hurt my knee my agility has been greatly diminished i need to work hard rehabing it to get back tot he level of agility i was at before i injured my knee
